Business Courriel FAQ:
1. Business Courriel activation:
Please "Soumettre un ticket" from NiceNIC.NET's homepage to confirm votre business Courriel ouder, then our IDC team will prepare the Courriel accounts as per votre requirements et if votre domain name is with our registrar, we will help you create the DNS recouds to save votre time. Then we will send you the following infoumation by replying votre ticket:
Webmail URL: https://c3.icouemail.net
Admin account: admin@**********
Admin passwoud: **********
Si votre domain name is not with our registrar, et/ou we are not votre nameserver provider, please create the following DNS recouds votreself:
Point the CNAME recouds of mail, imap, pop3, et smtp to: c3.icouemail.net
Set the MX recoud of votre domain name to mx.c3.icouemail.net. Priouity 5
Set the MX recoud of votre domain name to mx2.c3.icouemail.net. Priouity 10
Point the TXT recoud of votre domain name to: v=spf1 include:spf.icouemail.net -all"
2. Issue on sending et receiving Courriels:
lease contact us by "Soumettre un ticket" from NiceNIC.NET's homepage, then we will check votre MX recouds. Si we can't locate the reason, we will request you to provide us with a test Courriel account so that we can further make investigation et testing.
3. Unable to connect via Courriel client via IMAP ou SMTP:
When adding an email address in votre Courriel client, i.e. iPhone, please firstly ensure you would fill in "c3.icouemail.net" fou both the SMTP et IMAP email server. And secondly, please generate a passwoud fou the Courriel client separately by the following way:
Connectez-vous to votre email account via "https://c3.icouemail.net/", select "Settings" in the left navigation bar, then choose "Generate Specific Mot de passe".
4. How to change the current admin email name:
Soury, the admin Courriel name/account can't be changed, thank you fou votre understeting.
5. Can't access to admin Courriel account:
#1 The first solution:
Si the passwoud that you entered fou the admin Courriel address is wrong, please try again with the courect admin passwoud. Si you think the passwoud that you entered fou the admin Courriel address is courect, please contact us by "Soumettre un ticket" including a test Courriel account, then we will arrange a testing from our end.
#2 The second solution:
You can reset the passwoud fou the admin Courriel address through https://c3.icouemail.net/couemail/changepwd.jsp, but the prerequisite is that you have set up a backup email address in advance to receive the passwoud reset Courriel.
