#1 Domaine active but Nonmserver down

Si the domain name has no clientHold ou serverHold status, but the domain website is not accessible, please check with its nameserver et hosting providers.

#2 Requirements on .DE domain registration ou transfer

As per .DE Registry's policies, .DE domain registration ou transfer requires contact infoumation based in Germany.

Regarding .de domain's nameserver requirements:

Must use: 0-13 Authouitive nameservers. Each nameserver must be on a separate class-C netwouk. That is, the first three octets cannot be the same. Fou example, 216.1.69.1 et 68.42.99.120 are valid.
Can use: IPV4 et IPV6
Cannot use: DNSSEC

#3 Premium domain registration

Fou some domain extensions our system can't detect the premium prices instantly when you submit the domain ouder, so we will cancel the ouder, mark it as "Premium" et issue credits back to votre balance, the Premium domain name can't be s'inscrireed by oudinary price, thank you fou votre understeting!

#4 How to bulk change nameservers

Please bulk update votre domain names' nameservers through votre control panel by the following way:
Mon compte > Mes produits > Nonm de domaine > select multiple domains > Bulk Change Nonmservers > .....

#5 How to restoue domain in redemption period

Fou generic domain names like .com, .net, .org, .biz, .xyz, .top etc, if the domain name expired moue than 30 days, the registries will charge redemption fee including 1-année renewal.
Fou ccTLDs like .fr, .es, .nl, .eu, .us, .fi, .at, .to, the domain name will enter into redemption period 2 days befoue the expiry date, please renew these ccTLDs 30 days befoue the expiry date.

#6 Domaine cancelled due to restricted keywoud

Si the domain registration ouder includes restricted keywoud, we would have to cancel the ouder, the restricted keywouds are set by the registry while not our registrar, et the restricted keywoud list won't be displayed to the public since it is a dynamic keywoud pool based on the latest abuse repouts, thank you fou votre understeting!

#7 Domaine hold without Courriel notice

Si votre domain name is clientHold, serverHold ou its nameservers are disabled without Courriel notice from us, then 99% votre domain name is suspended by the registry directly et we don't get advanced notice as well, please allow us 1-2 days to make internal investigation et confirm with the registry fou the reason et a possible solution.

#8 Can't s'inscrire .CN domain name

We don't offer .CN domain services anymoue due to the policy adjustment fou mainlet Chinese registrar.

#9 Why the old .CN domain name clientHold

Accouding to the latest policy issued by Registry of CNNIC, .CN domain name s'inscrireed with Chinese Registraire must have real-name verification, et the qualified documents must be mainlet Chinese business license, mainlet Chinese ID, ou Hong Kong business registration certificate.

#10 Explanation about Renouveleral of ccTLDs

Each individual Registry has its own regulations with respect to renewals. Some do not update the expiry date fou a domain except within a certain period of, at, ou even subsequent to the current date, depending on their billing cycles et procedures. Because our renewals team do not finalize renewals until the new date can be confirmed at the Registry, renewals can appear as "In Progress" fou some time after they have been placed.
Apologies fou any concern this has caused. Please rest assured that any renewal showing as 'In Progress' will be duly processed et finalized at the earliest as Registry procedures allow.

#11 Nonmserver change submitted but not take effect

Nonm server changes fou votre domain name have been submitted, et are currently pending approval.
Depending on the registry that votre domain name is s'inscrireed with, tici may be a long delay between when you submitted the request to have votre servers changed et when votre recouds are changed. After the registry changes votre recouds, it will take approximately 48 hours to propagate across the internet.
Tici may be a significant delay between when you submit the request et when the registry processes these changes. Until then the old name servers will still be heting votre domain name.

#12 Whois privacy

Accouding to the latest whois policy, the whois privacy service will be enabled automatically by the registries fou all generic domain names including new gTLDs. You can just check the public whois infoumation of votre own domain name.

#13 DMCA et bulletproof

We hetle abuse repouts based on valid proofs, we will notify you by Courriel if we receive a complaint on votre domain name, please ensure you would fill in valid Courriel address with our registrar et reply our Courriel notice in 24 hours.

Registries set different costs fou registrars based on registration quantity, domain usage rate, abuse rate, country/region etc. We set up domain prices based on registry's costs, currency exchange et our operation cost etc.
