Apologize for the issue of Chinese Emails

Dear Valued Customer,

 

We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience and confusion that in the past, you received a mass of Emails written in Chinese, it's our mistake.

 

Last month, I had our senior tech team fix the issue of sending Chinese Emails to our NiceNIC.NET's customers, that kind of Chinese Email should have only sent to customers from our Chinese website NiceNIC.COM (currently IISP.COM).

 

If later on, you still receive Emails written in Chinese, please do us a favour and forward that Email to our main Email address of [email protected].

 

The reason why you always got bounced-back Emails when you tried to reply those Chinese Emails is because the Chinese Emails were sent automatically by our system, from a fake Email address. If you prefer to send Emails while not submit ticket, please use [email protected].
