Digicert is an early CA certificate center in the U.S. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Linden, Utah, Digicert became a globally recognized Internet security brand after acquiring Symantec's Symantec digital certificate business, and is an industry leader in the areas of web site security, email security, data leakage protection, and SSL certificates. Currently, all Digicert SSL certificates have the flexibility to support a mix of single domain names and wildcard SANs, making it easier for customers to apply for and manage Digicert certificates.
Digicert has always been "encryption everywhere" as the brand statement, focusing on the enterprise digital certificate market, in 2017 after the acquisition of SymantecSymantec's SSL certificate business, Digicert SSL certificates are divided into three major series: Basic Series, Secure site series, Secure site Pro series. Now Digicert products cover a variety of digital certificate scenarios, including SSL certificates, code signatures, document signatures, email signatures, device signatures, etc., providing digital certificates and PKI solutions for global customers.
